stop carrying it all in your head
there's a better way

two all-in-one notion templates built to hold every part of your life — so you can finally stop starting over and actually stay organised.

✦ SECOND BRAIN VS LIFE OS ✦ BY JDDESIGNONLINE

what both templates include

💻 dash — your daily command centre

tasks, projects, priorities, and your goals — the page you open first thing in the morning and actually want to use.

🪴 health — everything wellness

habits, meal planning, a fitness tracker, and a journal. all in one place, so you stop tracking things in four different apps.

🌼 extra — the fun stuff

reading tracker, film & tv tracker, finance tracker, and a notebook for every random idea. four of my best-selling standalone templates, built right in.

⚙️ admin — the tidy backbone

mobile view, databases, and an archive. it's doing its job so well you'll barely notice it's there.

✦ most comprehensive

questions? i've got you

do i need a paid notion plan?

> nope — both templates work on notion's free plan. as long as you have a notion account (free to create), you're good to go.

do i need to know how to use notion already?

> a basic understanding helps, but you don't need to be an expert. if you're brand new to notion, i'd recommend exploring their beginner guides first — but the templates come with video walkthroughs to help you get set up.

how do i actually get the template?

> after purchase you'll receive a pdf by email with a download link. click through, sign into (or create) your free notion account, and duplicate the template into your workspace. it's yours to edit from there.

which one is better for beginners?

> life os — it's cleaner and more intuitive to pick up. the second brain is brilliant, but the para method adds an extra layer of structure that's easier to appreciate once you're a bit more familiar with notion.

do these work on mobile?

> both templates are designed and optimised for desktop. they do work on mobile but the layout will look a little different to the listing images — both include a dedicated mobile view to help.

can i customise them?

> absolutely — once you've duplicated the template into your notion account, it's yours to make your own. add pages, change names, adjust layouts — there's no wrong way to do it!

what's your refund policy?

> because this is a digital product with instant access, all sales are final. if you run into any issues getting set up, please reach out before requesting a refund — i'm always happy to help troubleshoot.
