due to the instant-download nature of digital products, all sales are final. once a file has been delivered, i'm unable to offer refunds as a standard policy — i hope you understand! 🙏

that said, i'm always happy to chat if something's gone wrong on my end. if there's a technical issue with your file or something isn't working as expected, please reach out before leaving a review and i'll do my best to sort it out for you.

in rare or unique circumstances, refunds may be considered at my discretion — but this would need to be discussed and agreed upon directly with me before any action is taken.
