just bought a notion template and now you’re hunting through your inbox for the link? 👀 i get it.
nothing kills the excitement like not knowing where your thing is.
good news: it’s almost always sitting in one of two places, and this post will help you find it in about a minute. 💌
where your download link lives
✔ your order confirmation email. this is the main one. search your inbox for “jddesignonline” or your order number.
✔ your spam or junk folder. check here if nothing’s arrived after a few minutes. emails with download links sometimes get filtered.
✔ your shopify order status page. click the link in your confirmation email to view your order, and your download will be there too.
step-by-step: from purchase to template
step 1: open your order confirmation email
it’ll come from jddesignonline and should land within a few minutes of checkout. 💌
step 2: click the link to download your file
you’ll download a pdf. nothing is physically shipped. everything’s digital. 💅
step 3: click the purple download now button inside the pdf
this opens your template as a notion page. you’ll see everything, but you can’t edit it yet. that’s normal!
step 4: duplicate it into your own notion

bought it on etsy instead?
etsy works a little differently. head to your etsy account, click purchases and reviews, find your order and click view downloads, then download. you’ll get the same pdf with the notion link inside.
bought the complete collection?
the complete collection works almost the same way, with one difference: your pdf link takes you to a private google drive folder instead of a single notion page. 📂
inside that folder you’ll find a pdf for every one of my notion templates. open the pdf for the template you want, click the purple download now button, and follow steps 3 and 4 above to duplicate it into your notion. ✨
the folder is updated every time i release a new template, so anything i add in the future lands there automatically, at no extra cost to you. 💛
the only exception is my grid. by jd widget, which is sold separately & not included.
the link hasn’t arrived. what now?
- check spam, promotions and any “all mail” folders
- double check the email address you used at checkout, since a typo is the most common culprit
- wait 10 minutes. occasionally emails are slow
- still nothing? send me a message here with your order number and i’ll sort it out quickly 💛
a few quick things worth knowing
✔ all my templates work on the free notion plan, so you don’t need to upgrade anything
✔ you don’t need any extensive notion experience. my templates are beginner-friendly & come with video tutorials to help you learn how they work
✔ your link is for your personal use, so if a friend wants one they’ll need their own copy. it’s how i keep the shop running 💛
